Payment
weddingdress.com accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and JCB. The payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped.
All amounts are in EUR (Euro) and include danish VAT of 25%.
weddingdress.com uses Nets Easy as its payment solution, which ensures secure processing of all card information. All payment data is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, meaning your information cannot be accessed by unauthorized third parties.
Delivery
Delivery is carried out with GLS or via pickup options (as selected at checkout). You may choose delivery to your nearest GLS parcel shop, pickup in a LILLY store, or pickup from a LILLY retailer (where available and shown at checkout).
Delivery costs are paid by you, the buyer, and vary depending on the destination and selected delivery method. The applicable shipping costs will always be shown at checkout before completing your order.
Orders are normally delivered within 1-2 business days from receipt of the order. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination and selected delivery method. Please also allow additional transit time for shipping.
If your delivery is delayed, we will inform you immediately by email.
Warranty / Right to Claim
You are covered by a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing. The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect use of the product/service. weddingdress.com will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.
Right of Withdrawal
You are entitled to a 14-day full right of withdrawal for items purchased in our webshop. The period is counted from the day you receive your order.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. If you use the enclosed return shipping label (deliveries in EU only) we will deduct 12,5 EUR from the refund for the return shipping.
You must notify us of your withdrawal no later than 14 days after receiving the item, and you must return the goods no later than 14 days after notifying us.
Notification must be sent by email to info@weddingdress.com. In your message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You may also use our standard withdrawal form, which can be included with your return:

If a refund has been agreed, the refund will always be made to the payment method used for the order.

Please note that we will not accept parcels sent by cash on delivery.
Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you may try the item as you would in a physical store.
If the item has been used beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that in the event of withdrawal, you may only receive part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
To receive a full refund, you may only handle the item as you would in a physical store—you may try it on, but not actually use it. All hangtags must be intact and correctly attached to the item.
