Right of Withdrawal

You are entitled to a 14-day full right of withdrawal for items purchased in our webshop. The period is counted from the day you receive your order.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. If you use the enclosed return shipping label we will deduct 12,5 EUR from the refund for the return shipping. 

You must notify us of your withdrawal no later than 14 days after receiving the item, and you must return the goods no later than 14 days after notifying us.

Notification must be sent by email to info@weddingdress.com. In your message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You may also use our standard withdrawal form, which can be included with your return:

Condition of Returned Goods

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you may try the item as you would in a physical store.

If the item has been used beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that in the event of withdrawal, you may only receive part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item.

To receive a full refund, you may only handle the item as you would in a physical store—you may try it on, but not actually use it. All hangtags must be intact and correctly attached to the item.
