TERMS OF DELIVERY FOR ORDERS PLACED ON WWW.WEDDINGDRESS.COM
- We currently accept payment with VISA or MASTERCARD
- The Danish VAT is included in all prices - for deliveries outside the European Union the Danish VAT of 25% will automatically be deducted from the price of the goods.
- Delivery will follow by regular Post, UPS or with GLS, depending on the destination.
- Delivery costs are paid by the buyer and varies according to the ordered amount and destination.
- The delivery costs will always be specified on the CHECKOUT page
- Delivery will follow within 5-14 weekdays of receipt of the order, please add the freight time - again it depends on the destination.
- Should the delivery be delayed we will inform you immediately per email.
EXCHANGE & RETURNPOLICY
- Please note that specialmade orders or altered items are not returnable or exchangeable.
- You have 14 days to decide if the items are right for you. Make sure the label is attached and the products are in original condition with label and price tag. We refund the full amount of the items, but you must pay the return shipping charges unless the items from Weddingdress.com are with flaws or errors. We recommend that you advise us as soon as possible if you wish to exercise this right to withdraw. It is important that you get a proof of postage, if your parcel goes missing.
- WEDDINGDRESS.COM registers your name, adress and invoice in our Customer database. All information will be kept strictly confidential and kept for a period of 5 years.
- Our online ordering system uses a cookie to record a unique reference on your computer so that we can keep track of your order as you use the system. The cookie that is saved to your system is only valid for a single visit, and each new visit will result in a new cookie overwriting any previous cookies that were generated on previous visits to our site
- Payments with Creditcards are transferred via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and all information regarding your creditcard i encrypted.
- Please contact us immediately if you find the goods are faulty at the below mentioned address.
- If the goods are faulty, WEDDINGDRESS.COM must be notified within a reasonable period of time of discovering the faults or within a reasonable period of time after the faults should have been noticed. Complaints can be addressed to WEDDINGDRESS.COM for a period of 1 year beginning at the date of receipt of the goods, according to Danish law (Købeloven § 83, stk. 1)
- WEDDINGDRESS.COM will remedy any defect free of charge - if necesary the faulty item will be replaced with a new one. If the fault has not been remedied within a reasonable period of time you have the right to have either the purchase annulled or you are entitled to a pricereduction depending on the fault.
- All orders for products are subject to availability.
